SchoolFlow is a managed fee recovery service built for private schools in Thailand. We set up school-approved LINE reminders, convenient payment options and clear reporting, so your team can recover more outstanding fees without placing collection calls on teachers.

No obligation.
You set the fees. The deadline passes. And a familiar list of parents still has not paid. It is one of the most uncomfortable parts of running a school, and most schools simply absorb the loss year after year. It does not have to stay that way.
Fifteen to twenty-five percent of fee revenue can slip through the cracks each year. That is the English camp, the new books, the building repairs, all funded by money you were owed but never collected.
Homeroom teachers end up making the calls. It is uncomfortable for them, uncomfortable for the parent, and it quietly damages a relationship that should be about the child.
Names on a board. Quiet reminders passed through students. None of it feels right, and none of it should be the price of a late payment that has nothing to do with the child.
The parents who did not pay this year learn there is no consequence. So next year looks exactly the same. The problem repeats because nothing in the system ever changed.
SchoolFlow™ is a managed service that recovers unpaid fees automatically, inside a single school term. We do it the way Thai parents already communicate, through LINE, with messages that stay warm and respectful and always centred on the child. Every reminder carries a direct PromptPay link, so paying takes one tap. You watch it all happen on a live dashboard. No new software for your staff to learn. No teacher ever has to make that call again.
Depending on your starting position and overdue-fee cohort, we model a potential recovery range of thirty to fifty percent before implementation. Actual performance is measured against your school's agreed baseline.
You give us your fee and account list. We handle the rest: your LINE Official Account, the message sequences in Thai and English, the PromptPay payment links, and the dashboard. Parents connect by scanning a QR code your school shares, so only those who opt in ever receive a message. We agree the launch schedule with you at the start, based on your data, your payment setup and your approvals.
Each parent receives a polite, personal message about their child's fees. It never reads like debt collection. It reads like a school that cares, asking for support so every child gets the full experience.
Every message includes a direct PromptPay link. Parents pay from inside LINE in seconds, with no bank transfer details to copy and no trip to the office. Paying becomes easier than ignoring.
Your admin team sees who has paid, who has not, and what has been collected, all on a live dashboard. Every month we send you a clear report: verified fees recovered, time saved, and your collection rate against your agreed baseline.
One service, set up and run by us. There is nothing for your team to install, and nothing for your teachers to learn.
A LINE Official Account set up and ready, with automated message sequences in Thai and English
Reminders personalized from school-approved templates, always warm, polite, and focused on the child. AI never touches balances or policy.
A direct PromptPay payment link inside every message, for one-tap payment
A live collection dashboard so your admin team always knows where things stand
A monthly report showing verified fees recovered from the agreed overdue-fee cohort, time saved, and collection rate against your agreed baseline
Data handling under a signed Data Processing Agreement, with consent language and documentation prepared for your school
A one-time onboarding session to set up your account and walk your staff through it
SchoolFlow manages the workflow, but your school retains control of its messages, parent relationships, payment arrangements and information.
Your team approves the wording, timing and escalation sequence before parent messages go live.
Parents pay through the school's approved payment channel. SchoolFlow does not hold school fee revenue.
SchoolFlow processes only the information needed to operate the agreed fee recovery service, under the school's instructions and the signed agreement.
Your authorised team can see which messages were sent, which balances were updated and how the campaign is performing.
Nothing is sent to parents until the workflow, audience and message sequence have been approved by the school.
Here is a typical mid-size school, using deliberately conservative numbers.
That is close to nine times your year-one cost, recovered in the first year.
This commitment is measured at the end of your first school term. The recovery figures above reflect the full first year.
We use conservative figures on purpose. Schools that send automated reminders typically see twenty-five percent more on-time payments and eighty percent less manual follow-up. LINE messages in Thailand are opened more than ninety percent of the time, about four times the rate of email. The money is already yours. SchoolFlow simply helps you collect it.
Benchmarks are directional and are not a guarantee of SchoolFlow performance.

The headline measure is verified fee revenue recovered from the agreed overdue-fee cohort, reported as a baht total and as a percentage of the agreed starting overdue balance.
We also report change in on-time payment rate, parent response rate, message delivery performance, and administrative time saved.
A delivered message is not a payment. Recovered fees are reported separately from message and response activity.
Most fee collection tools were built for other countries, in other languages, on apps Thai parents do not use. We built SchoolFlow™ the other way around, starting with how schools and families here actually communicate.
In Thailand, LINE is not just an app. It is how schools and parents already talk. We meet parents where they are, which is exactly why our reminders get seen and acted on.
Our founding team brings more than forty combined years of teaching experience inside Thai schools. SchoolFlow was designed from inside one, not adapted from a product built somewhere else. We know the term calendar, how fee conversations actually happen, and the tone a message needs in order to land well with Thai parents.
Thai language, LINE, PromptPay, and Thailand's data protection rules are not features we bolted on. They are the foundation. Nothing here was translated from a tool made for somewhere else.
Every message is written to make your school look caring and professional. The goal is not only to recover fees. It is to strengthen the relationship between your school and every family.
SchoolFlow is designed to recover more than it costs within the first term. Pricing is based on the size of your school, so you only pay for what fits you.
LINE Official Account messaging charges, payment-provider charges and transaction fees are billed by those providers and are not included in the SchoolFlow service fee. Non-standard custom development is quoted separately.
Final pricing depends on student volume, message volume, payment workflow, reporting needs and implementation scope.
A performance-related component may be offered selectively in the first year. It is not part of standard pricing and applies only where it is written into a signed proposal.
SchoolFlow combines direct school experience with practical automation and implementation support. The service is designed around the way Thai administrators, teachers and parents already communicate.
We have sat in the staff rooms, watched good teachers spend their evenings chasing payments, and seen the quiet frustration of a Director who knows the money is there but cannot collect it.
We also watched the tools meant to solve this arrive from other countries, built for other parents, on apps nobody here uses. So we built the thing we always wished existed. A service made for Thailand from the ground up, that recovers the fees a school is owed while protecting the relationships that matter most.
We are not a software company selling you an app and walking away. We are a managed service. We set it up, we run it, and we stand behind the results. When you collect more, we have done our job.

Forty plus combined years inside Thai education across our founding team.
Neville works inside a private Thai school in Surat Thani and built SchoolFlow after watching homeroom teachers spend their evenings chasing unpaid fees. He runs each implementation personally, from the first school meeting and message approval through to the monthly results report.
Builds and runs the automation, the reporting and the implementation for every school.
Neville leads every implementation personally. Thai-speaking colleagues on the team write and review every message parents receive, and join school meetings alongside him.
SchoolFlow is now accepting a limited number of founding schools to establish verified first-term results and refine the implementation process. Founding schools receive direct implementation support and clearly documented baseline reporting.
Apply for a founding-school consultationThat is exactly why we price it the way we do. The service is designed to recover more than it costs within the first term, and we model the likely range for your school before you commit. For most schools this is not new money going out. It is money you were already owed, finally coming in.
SchoolFlow is built for private Thai-curriculum schools, bilingual and international schools, and any fee-charging school that struggles to collect on time. It suits schools that already communicate with parents on LINE and hold their student and fee records in a spreadsheet or a school system. During the demo we look at your own numbers and tell you honestly whether it is worth doing.
Payments are made through the school's approved payment channel and settle according to the school's arrangement with its payment provider. SchoolFlow does not hold school fee revenue.
No. Your school approves the audience, wording, timing and escalation sequence before launch. Material changes are also reviewed with the authorised school contact.
Replies are handled according to the process agreed with the school. Questions about balances, disputes, hardship or school policy stay with the authorised school team. SchoolFlow routes and categorises responses so the right person can follow up.
The school remains responsible for determining how its information is used. SchoolFlow processes only the information required to provide the agreed service, under documented instructions and a signed Data Processing Agreement. Access, retention and deletion procedures are agreed during onboarding.
The school provides an authorised list of fee and account information, such as account reference, class or programme, amount due, due date and payment status. Parent connection happens by opt-in: the school shares a QR code with parents, usually through the class group its teachers already run, and only parents who choose to connect receive messages. The exact data set is agreed and documented before anything is transferred.
That parent simply will not receive SchoolFlow messages. Fee follow-up for that family continues through whatever process your school already uses. Opting in is always the parent's choice, and the school cannot connect a parent without it.
Payments made outside the message link are reconciled through the process agreed with the school. The implementation session defines how bank transfers, cash payments, accounting exports and manual balance changes are reflected in reporting.
No day-to-day collection work is placed on homeroom teachers. At setup, a teacher shares the SchoolFlow QR code once with their class group so parents can connect. After that the service runs with your authorised finance or administration contact. The exact responsibilities on both sides are agreed during onboarding.
Implementation is planned around your school's data readiness, payment setup and approval process. During the initial consultation we map the required steps and give you a proposed launch schedule.
Before launch, the school and SchoolFlow agree the overdue-fee cohort, the starting balance, the baseline and the reporting period. Reporting covers verified baht recovered and the recovery rate, and can also include changes in on-time payment performance, parent responses, message delivery and administrative time saved. A delivered message is never counted as a payment.
The agreement defines how school data, access, exports and deletion are handled. Your school retains ownership of its underlying information and records.
We will map your current fee follow-up process and show what SchoolFlow would change.
Discuss it in a 30-minute demoBook a short, no-pressure demo. We will show you exactly how SchoolFlow works, model a recovery range for a school your size using your own figures, and answer every question you have. There is nothing to install and nothing to commit to.
This is a working consultation, not a generic software presentation.
